Aluminium Die Casting and Zinc Die Casting are metal casting processes achieved by molten Aluminium or Molten Zinc being forced under High Pressure into a mould, Zincast produce many different complex Aluminium Die Castings and Zinc Die Castings and have a very experienced and dedicated work force, who are able to offer a complete service from the original idea and design through to Tool Design and the Finished Product.
Aluminium Die Castings are light and yet can withstand some of the highest operating temperatures, they are strong, rigid and corrosive resistive.
Zinc Die Castings have very high strength and hardness; Zinc Castings are a perfect substitute to machined, fabricated, pressed/stamped parts, with excellent electrical properties and low cost raw material.
