Zincast Foundry Limited is a privately owned totally independent British company and can proudly boast that we have over 70 years of practical experience to offer for the manufacture of ZINC & ALUMINIUM DIECASTING.
Our range of plant and equipment is extensive, modern, and is suitable for both large and small castings in either zinc or aluminium.
We feel flexibility to customers’ demand is a very important factor in the supply chain and we would offer our manufacturing facilities for both large and small production batches.
Additional and ancillary services we can offer include; CNC machining, polishing, plating, powder coating etc. as well as assembly and packing.
Quality control is an important part of our service; this is demonstrated by our ongoing commitment to training and our QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO BS EN ISO 9001:2000 which we have proudly held since 1988 and have, recently, completed a successful audit.
With our experienced and dedicated management team along with our ability to offer a choice of alloys and processes, ie ZINC OR ALUMINIUM; PRESSURE OR GRAVITY DIECASTINGS, we feel we can combine our collective skills to offer to you a total package from design input, development and on through to manufacture and beyond so that a long term working relationship is formed.
Our experience in all aspects of diecasting,which goes back to the 1930’s gives us a very broad base of knowledge to draw on.This enables us to work with you,the customer,at the initial design stage of any project and make a contribution that can help minimise or eliminate any areas of concern.
